elementor-size-default\">Un constat et des actions initi\u00e9es depuis 6 ans<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-9d1eef6 e-flex e-con-boxed e-con e-parent\" data-id=\"9d1eef6\" data-element_type=\"container\" data-e-type=\"container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"e-con-inner\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>Lors de notre pr\u00e9c\u00e9dente mandature, nous avions identifi\u00e9 des axes d&rsquo;am\u00e9lioration majeurs sur plusieurs points :<\/p><ul><li>un <strong>manque de logement permanent<\/strong> sur notre commune (plus de 80% de l&rsquo;habitat est d\u00e9di\u00e9 au tourisme et aux r\u00e9sidences secondaires)<\/li><li>des <strong>prix de l&rsquo;immobilier trop \u00e9lev\u00e9s<\/strong> pour notre population locale<\/li><li>une <strong>difficult\u00e9 de stationnement en centre ville<\/strong> pour les habitants permanents<\/li><li>une <strong>baisse des effectifs des enfants et des adolescents<\/strong> dans nos \u00e9coles et notre coll\u00e8ge<\/li><li>une <strong>visibilit\u00e9 insuffisante des places de stationnement <\/strong>pourtant nombreuses (plus de 3.000 sur notre commune)<\/li><li>un <strong>manque de logement pour les emplois saisonniers<\/strong> avec une difficult\u00e9 associ\u00e9e de fid\u00e9lisation des salari\u00e9s, difficile de p\u00e9renniser les comp\u00e9tences<\/li><\/ul><p>Et un point positif :<\/p><ul><li>des <strong>logements sociaux en nombre suffisant<\/strong> (taux sup\u00e9rieur \u00e0 la moyenne du d\u00e9partement)<\/li><\/ul>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-b0f2c8d e-flex e-con-boxed e-con e-parent\" data-id=\"b0f2c8d\" data-element_type=\"container\" data-e-type=\"container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"e-con-inner\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-dce6721 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"dce6721\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>Ce constat nous a permis de mettre en oeuvre des actions concr\u00e8tes :<\/p><ul><li>un partenariat avec <strong>SOLIHA09<\/strong> pour le logement saisonnier (la Maison des Saisonniers)<\/li><li>une convention sign\u00e9e avec <strong>ALOGEA<\/strong> pour la <strong>cr\u00e9ation de 30 logements<\/strong> contractualis\u00e9s<\/li><li>une augmentation de la taxe d&rsquo;habitation de 30% dans le cadre de l&rsquo;action gouvernementale (<strong>zone tendue<\/strong>, plus de 3.000 communes concern\u00e9es en France) pour remettre sur le march\u00e9 locatif ou transactionnel des <strong>lits froids<\/strong> (logements vides la plupart du temps sans mise en location)<\/li><li>l&rsquo;acquisition de l&rsquo;h\u00f4tel du Parc avec un projet de r\u00e9novation pour de l&rsquo;habitat permanent<\/li><li>un projet de cr\u00e9ation de plusieurs logements (appartements et maisons individuelles) dans le quartier d&rsquo;Entresserres<\/li><li>l&rsquo;acquisition de l&rsquo;ancien camping Salette \u00e0 la Calmeraie<\/li><li>la mise en oeuvre du label qualit\u00e9 pour l&rsquo;am\u00e9lioration de l&rsquo;habitat (environ 100 logements concern\u00e9s)<\/li><li>une reflexion quant \u00e0 une meilleure organisation de l&rsquo;existant en termes de places de stationnement<\/li><\/ul>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-b8cb321 e-flex e-con-boxed e-con e-parent\" data-id=\"b8cb321\" data-element_type=\"container\" data-e-type=\"container\" data-settings=\"{&quot;background_background&quot;:&quot;classic&quot;}\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<div initier de nouveaux<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-350b32f e-flex e-con-boxed e-con e-parent\" data-id=\"350b32f\" data-element_type=\"container\" data-e-type=\"container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"e-con-inner\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-bd5abac elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"bd5abac\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>Les diff\u00e9rentes actions men\u00e9es depuis 6 ans ont permis \u00e0 la commune d&rsquo;Ax-les-Thermes de conna\u00eetre un accroissement de sa population. En effet, nous sommes pass\u00e9s de 1.277 habitants en 2022 \u00e0 1.359 en 2025 soit 6,4% d&rsquo;augmentation (source : INSEE).<\/p><p>Nous souhaitons continuer les projets initi\u00e9s depuis 6 ans et en d\u00e9marrer de nouveaux :<\/p><ul><li>finalisation du projet Entresserres<\/li><li>r\u00e9novation de l&rsquo;h\u00f4tel du Parc<\/li><li>continuer le partenariat avec SOLIHA09 et ALOGEA<\/li><li>mise en oeuvre d&rsquo;une signal\u00e9tique moderne pour nos diff\u00e9rents parking (indication du temps de marche, distance, &#8230;) afin de mieux orienter les automobilistes<\/li><li>optimisation des navettes gratuites en p\u00e9riode de forte affluence<\/li><li>maintien d&rsquo;un parc important de places de stationnement gratuites<\/li><\/ul><p>Notre objectif est de rendre le stationnement plus simple, lisible et fluide sans d\u00e9penses excessives et en am\u00e9liorant la mobilit\u00e9 douce.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-b93a589 e-flex e-con-boxed e-con e-parent\" data-id=\"b93a589\"
